Last week took place the stylish wedding on the Sorrento Coast of Robert and Bethany at Relais Blu, a couple living in Dubai who were joint by their close family and friends traveling from The Emirates, China and UK.
Relais Blu is a charming 4 star Boutique hotel on the Sorrento Coast, with breathtaking views that extend to the island of Capri, owned by a local family of hoteliers who restored the villa in 2006 and transformed the villa into a modern style boutique hotel , featuring 12 rooms equipped with every modern comfort, beautiful terraces, an infinity pool and a gourmet restaurant.
Robert and Bethany were recommended to plan their Sorrento wedding with Flowers and Confetti Wedding Planner, by their friends who were married in Sorrento the year before and they contacted us last year in June. Both living in Dubai, they are both British and when they saw Relais Blu , they knew this was the perfect venue they were looking for an intimate wedding of 40 to 50 guests and this hotel is ideal for intimate wedding celebrations.
They reserved all 12 rooms on the night for their guests and they had the total exclusivity of the hotel, which allowed them to celebrate their wedding in complete privacy and renting a DJ and sax to play until late night.
An intimate symbolic ceremony with all the guests was setup in the enchanting garden with Capri in the backdrop.
The bride chose an organic style greenery bouquet with blush pink and white roses and for her bride maids, she opted for the same style of bouquet but all white flowers to distinguish from the bridal bouquet. The flower decorations for the ceremony were in a romantic style, two classic urns to the side of the altar table full of traditional and Austin roses with greenery, in pale pink tones and hues of white.
Cocktail was served on the terrace of the gourmet restaurant of the hotel and afterwards , the couple and guests moved to the roof top terrace where the buffet style dinner was organized. A sky of fairy lights created a magical atmosphere in the evening and the reception tables were decorated with boules of flowers in the same organic style of the ceremony, there were also candlelights and a customized stationary that the couple arranged in the UK.
After the wedding dinner, a wonderful two tier cake made it entrance for the cake cutting and the music and dancing went on until late.
